William KeithThis indenture made the Twenty Ninth of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy three. Between Mrs. Sarah Kollinsey of Susquehannah Township County of Cambria and state of Pennsylvania of the first part and William Keith of the same Township, County and State of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said party of thefirst part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Thirty five dollars ($135.00) lawful money of the United States of America, unto her well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of there presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed, and confirmed, and by there presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said partyof the second part, his heirs and assigns.
All that certain piece or parcell of land situated in Susquehannah Township County of County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a part in the line of land of William McDannell thence north seventy eight degrees and sixty one degrees east ninety six perches to a part thence by land of W and D Berthstresser south forty eight perches to a chestnut oak thence by land of the Sarah Collinsey of which this is a part ____ three degrees west forty eight perches to a post the place of beginning containing twenty seven acres and seventy two perches. Being part of larger tract of land the title of which became Vested in Adam Keith Sr. Deed who by his last will and testament did devise and bequeath the same to his daughter Sarah Collinsey (late Sarah Keith) dated the sixteenth day of February AD1849 and probated the thirtieth day of April AD1849. Recorded in the office for recording of wills in and for the county of Cambria. Refference thereunto had will more fully and at large appear.
Together with all and singular the priviledges, improvements, ways, waters, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, in law; equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof, Do Have and to Hold the said piece or parcel of land herein before decribed hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appertenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever.
And the said Sarah Collinsey the said party of the first part, for herself her heirs, executors, administrators, doth by there presents covenant, grand and agree to and with the said party of the second party; his heirs and assigns, that she the said party of the first part, her heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above a_scribed and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be with the appertenances unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, against her the said party of the first part, and her heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof; shall and will warrant and forever defend.
